Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves our facility. We currently ship within the United States, with select international destinations at checkout.
Free shipping applies automatically to all orders of $50 or more — no code needed.
Returns & Exchanges
If something isn't quite right, you have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange it. Items should be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
How to start a return
- Email our team with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
- We'll reply with a prepaid return label and simple instructions.
- Drop your parcel at any carrier location.
- Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
A few notes
- Personalized items (such as engraved ID tags) can't be returned unless faulty.
- Exchanges for a different size or color ship free of charge.
- If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours and we'll make it right immediately.
